I think the southern American dream is to rise above what is stereotyped as southerners. I think that the goal is to become something that is not expected of them. In other cases I think the goal is to carry out a family history of some sort or to accomplish a goal never accomplished by the family.
The American dream of a southerner is to own his or her own land, home, and have a family. When I grow up I want to have lots of land and a nice house. Also being successful is another huge part to the southern American dream.
I think everyone's southern American dream is to meet with their family every holiday and work with their family business if they have one. I think the south american dream is to grow up and become somebody no matter what their past life has been like.
The southern American dream can be described in many different ways depending on who you ask. I think the southern American dream would be closely related to what the founding fathers came to america for. The southern American dream would also involve our rights and freedoms how we all want equality, and be able to share our thoughts and beliefs freely.
The southern American dream is very respecctfull. Very traditional way of life where everyone knows and respects everyone. Where everyone believes in working hard to get what you want. If you want it you have to work to earn it, it will not be handed to you for free.
I think that the Southern American Dream is to keep the true Southern heritage around, and to do things the way they were done in the beginning. The south is known for farming and those types of things; people take pride in that. People in the south want to keep what they stand for known. Southhern people also have dreams of having big families.
I think that the Southern American Dream is a dream where everyone does the same thing. Such as in traditions everyone would have the same thoughts and opinions. The history is very deep on what happened in time before now. The values is for everyone to have their own home, family, and business to have a good life started and going.
The Southern American dream is mostly very religious based. Most southern people believe you should strictly follow some of the bible's rules like no intercourse before marriage. The South is also very family based, so having a good family is part of it.
